How I edit
My photography style is all about capturing the scene authentically, staying true to how it looked in real life. I embrace warm hues and rich greens to evoke a natural sense of depth and vibrancy. I aim for a clean and uncluttered composition to allow the subject to shine without distraction, making each image feel fresh and timeless.
What if the weather is bad
Rest assured, I'm fully prepared to adapt to any weather conditions to ensure we capture beautiful photos!
If the weather forecast looks unfavorable on the scheduled day, we have a few options:
Reschedule: We can choose an alternative date that works best for you guys and myself.
Adaptation: Depending on the conditions, we can also adjust the timing or style of the shoot to make the most of the situation.
What is the best time to do photos
Sunrise and sunset, often referred to as the "golden hours," are indeed ideal times for photoshoots for several reasons:
Golden Light: During sunrise and sunset, the sun is lower in the sky, which creates a soft, warm, and flattering light. This golden light is much more gentle and diffused compared to the harsh, direct light of midday sun, reducing harsh shadows and making colors appear richer.
Do you give RAW's
I don't provide raw photos because editing plays a crucial role in bringing the images to life and truly reflecting the vision we set out to create.
By providing edited photos, I’m delivering the images as they were intended to be seen, with attention to detail and a cohesive look that represents both the scene and your unique connection.
How do we choose a location?
I provide a curated location guide to help you choose the perfect setting for your session. This guide includes a variety of recommended spots.
If you have a particular location in mind or any other questions about potential locations, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to offer advice on finding the ideal place for your photos.

When you shoot with me, the goal is to create a relaxed and comfortable environment where you can truly embrace the connection you share. I believe that the best photos come when clients feel at ease and authentic, allowing their personalities and emotions to shine through naturally. I value each of my clients, and I’m here not just to take pictures, but to create a memorable experience together. My focus is on making sure we have a good time, enjoy the moment, and let the magic unfold without pressure. Whether we’re capturing intimate moments or fun, candid shots, the experience will be centered around you—your comfort, your connection, and your unique story.
How should we dress for our family session
When planning your photoshoot, choosing clothing in neutral and light colors is a great idea because it helps create a timeless and cohesive look. Here are some tips:
Neutrals: Opt for colors like white, cream, beige, tan, or soft pastels. These colors tend to photograph well and won't distract from the main focus.
Avoid busy patterns and logos: Large logos or busy patterns can be distracting in photos. Instead, choose solid colors or subtle patterns like stripes or small prints.
Comfort is key: Make sure everyone feels comfortable in what they're wearing.
What if we are camera shy
It's completely normal to feel a bit nervous or uncomfortable in front of the camera, and I'm here to help make the experience as enjoyable and relaxed as possible for you. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
Relax and Be Yourself: The most important thing is to be yourself. Authenticity shines through in photos, so try to relax and enjoy the moment.
Posing Guidance: I'll provide gentle guidance on poses and positioning throughout the photoshoot. I'll suggest poses that feel natural and comfortable for you guys ensuring you look your best while feeling at ease.
Engagement and Interaction: Sometimes, the best photos capture candid moments of genuine interaction and emotion. I'll encourage natural interactions between you guys to capture those special moments.
Trust the Process: Remember that I have experience working with families and couples of all kinds. Trust that I'll guide you through the session and capture beautiful moments that you'll cherish.
What additions do you offer?
drone photography:
capture stunning aerial views that ground-level shots simply can't match. whether it’s showcasing the grandeur of a property or getting sweeping landscape shots of you both in a beautiful location, drone photography adds a unique perspective to your gallery.
10 photos: $100
expedited gallery delivery:
for those who need their photos sooner than the typical turnaround time, i offer expedited delivery to ensure you get your images quickly.
3-5 day delivery: $75
Do you travel?
I’m happy to offer photography sessions at locations beyond my usual service area! For these sessions, I do include a travel fee.
The travel fee covers:
Transportation Costs: This includes rental car and flight costs (if applicable), as well as any other travel-related expenses.
I’ll provide an estimate for accommodation costs in advance.
I will always provide a detailed breakdown of the travel fee before you confirm your booking, so you’ll know exactly what to expect. My goal is to ensure the process is as smooth and transparent as possible, so feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
